1. What types of costumes do you offer?

We offer over 18,000+ costumes including Freedom Fighters, Mythological Characters, Cartoon Themes, Folk Dances, Professional Roles, Festival Costumes, and more — for kids and adults.

2. Are your costumes available for both rent and sale?

Yes. Most of our costumes are available for both rent and purchase. For some themes or accessories, only rental or only sale may be applicable.

3. In which cities do you operate?

We currently serve customers in:

4. How can I rent a costume?

You can:

5. What is the rental duration?

Standard rental is for 24 hours, but we offer flexible options for longer durations on request.

6. Is trial available before renting?

Yes, we offer a Google Meet-based live preview of the costume before booking so you can confirm design, fit, and quality.

7. Do you provide same-day delivery?

Yes. Same-day doorstep delivery is available in Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, and Jaipur for bookings confirmed before 2 PM.

8. What is the rental cost?

Costumes start from ₹199 onwards. Pricing varies based on theme, size, and customizations.

9. Do I need to pay a security deposit?

Yes, a nominal refundable deposit is collected during rental. The amount depends on the costume category and value.

10. How do I return the rented costume?

You can:

  • Drop it back at our store

  • Request a doorstep pickup (within delivery cities)
    Ensure the costume is returned in clean condition.

11. What if the costume doesn’t fit properly?

If reported within 2 hours of delivery, we offer exchange (subject to availability) in same city locations.

12. Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations made 24 hours before delivery are eligible for refunds (after processing fee deduction). No refund is available after dispatch.

13. What if I damage or lose a costume?

In such cases, you may be charged the repair cost or replacement value depending on the damage.

14. Do you take bulk orders?

Yes. We cater to schools, societies, corporates, and dance academies. Bulk booking discounts are available.

15. Can I customize a costume for a performance?

Yes, custom-made designs are available on request — mainly for purchase or long-duration rentals.

16. Are the costumes hygienic?

Absolutely. Every costume is cleaned and sanitized before and after each use to maintain hygiene and safety.

17. Do you rent accessories like wigs, masks, and props?

Yes. Most costumes come with relevant accessories. You can also rent individual items based on need.

18. How do I know if a costume is available in my size?

Our inventory covers multiple sizes for kids and adults. You can ask for size confirmation during WhatsApp chat or video preview.

19. What are your store timings?

Our stores are open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM. Sunday by appointment or limited hours (varies by location).
