Answer:   Yes, you have to provide deposit for the rentals.

Answer:  No, you need not to wash/dry clean the costume before returning as it is our job to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the costume.

Q.1     How do I choose the correct size?

Answer:   The size is same as the clothes that people buy while buying any other clothes, you have to check the size of waist, hip, chest, etc in order to confirm the fitting. As the products have specifications of lengths of all the major areas.


Q.2     The size I need is out of stock, when will it be available?

Answer:   Kindly contact to us if the size you need is out of stock and we try to get the correct size for you as soon as possible.


Q.3     How do I choose the correct size if I am in between available sizes?

Answer:    The material of the fabric used in costume designing is generally Stretchable, so we suggest you to choose a size down for better fitment.

Answer:   Yes, the items are in Indian sizes.

Answer:    Yes, we can deliver the order ASAP in the areas where express delivery areas mentioned in the website. In the express delivery area the order delivery will take only 1 day. The areas other than express delivery are  the delivery will take 2-3 days time.

Answer:   Yes, we can deliver the item before the weekend depending on the  Postal code and the day on which you have placed the order.

Answer:   There is no discount available on buying many items as we offer flat rate, in spite of how much you buy.

Answer:    Yes, but you have to pay the return postage charges.

Answer:  Yes, you can track your parcel on the website and the intimation message before despatch will be sent to you on your contact number.

Answer:  Yes, we can deliver at your workplace, for that we need the name and address of the workplace and the working hours details.


Q.9     My item has been posted, can I change my delivery address or redirect the parcel?

Answer: No, you cannot change the address of delivery once the address had been posted.

Answer:  There is a link available on our website where you can check the return policy of our company.


Q.2     Can I exchange what I ordered?

Answer:  If the order you are going to need is on urgent basis then first place the new order and then go through the exchange rules available on the website. Or if time is not a botheration and then send us the delivered item back with a note specifying the product code and size that you needed in return. We will try to hold the item for you.


Q.3     How and where do I send back the item(s) I want to return?

Answer:   You can send us back at our warehouse address via any courier available to you the address of our warehouse is on the website.


Q.4     How long will it take to process my refund?
