At Sanskriti Fancy Dresses, we deeply value your trust and are committed to offering a hassle-free and transparent return & refund process. Whether you’re renting or purchasing, our goal is to ensure a smooth experience — right from costume selection to delivery.

This page explains our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges so that you’re fully informed before placing an order.

  • Costumes and accessories purchased online or from our physical stores

  • Bulk orders placed by schools, corporates, or event managers

 

Return & Exchange Policy for Rentals

Try Before You Rent:
We offer Google Meet trials so you can preview the costume before finalizing. Once the item is delivered, returns are not allowed unless:

  • The costume is found damaged at the time of delivery

  • The delivered item is significantly different from what was shown during preview

Exchange Option:
If your costume doesn’t fit properly, we may offer an exchange subject to availability. Requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery. Same-day exchange is available in:

  • Noida

  • Noida Extension

  • Greater Noida

  • Jaipur

No Returns for Change of Mind:
Due to hygiene and event-based usage, costumes once rented cannot be returned for reasons like change of mind, event cancellation, or delay in event timing.

 

Return Policy for Purchases (Sale Items)

Eligible Items:
Costumes and accessories purchased (not rented) can be returned under the following conditions:

  • Return request is raised within  12 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is available

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized costumes

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories such as masks, props, and wigs

To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 93540 79741 with your Order ID and reason.

Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

 

Cancellation Policy

Before Delivery (Rental Orders):
You may cancel your rental booking up to 12 hours before scheduled delivery. Refunds (after deduction of a nominal processing fee) will be issued to the original payment method.

After Dispatch:
No cancellations are accepted after the costume has been dispatched or picked up by our delivery partner.

Bulk Orders:
Orders involving 10+ costumes require 24 -hour cancellation notice. Advance amounts may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on preparation stage.

 

Refund Process

  1. Raise your refund/return request via:

  2. Share necessary order details: Order ID, date, reason, photos (if required)

  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours

  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 7 working days via original payment method or UPI transfer

 

Damaged or Wrong Item Delivered

In rare cases where:

  • The delivered costume is damaged

  • Incorrect size or theme was sent

Please notify us immediately within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photos via WhatsApp. We will try to arrange a replacement on priority or initiate a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

 

Store Purchases – Return Protocol

For costumes purchased directly from our stores, please retain the printed invoice. Items can be returned or exchanged at the same store within 24 hours, subject to condition checks.
